Level 1 Nutrition Course
A more in depth look at nutrition designed for those with an interest in dietetics or those wanting to make healthy and sustainable changes to their eating habits. No prior knowledge of nutrition needed!
We cover everything from the basic key points such as macro nutrients, calorie counting and reading food labels to how to build a specific nutrition program for your body type and to fuel yourself not just to reach your fitness goals but to maintain optimum health. We cover everyday techniques and tips required to make your healthy eating sustainable and interesting providing you with great recipe ideas and how to eat healthy on a budget for you and the family.
Level 2 and 3 Nutrition Course
Geared towards those who are working in the health and fitness industry and want to expand their knowledge to help cater to their clients demands or those wishing to deepen their personal understanding of nutrition.
Learn about the more complex factors in building a safe and effective nutrition plan that is specific to your client. Understanding body types, macro and micro-nutrients, metabolism and the roles and responsibilities of amino acids and the importance of variety. Learn about how the body uses food for fuel and how to get the most out of your nutrition plan, not just for fitness, weight loss and muscle build but to keep yourself or your client healthy and happy with their programs.
We cover all aspects of nutrition from how to lose body fat or gain muscle to how to fuel for competitive sports such as marathons, endurance sports and competitive body building.
This course is designed for those who have a basic understanding of nutrition already. We would recommend taking a selection of our 1 hour workshops or the Level 1 Nutrition course before commencing this course if you have no prior knowledge of nutrition.
